ECB committees are said not to have discussed tiering options

Citing people with knowledge of the matter. Says that ECB policy makers are in no rush to revamp their negative rate policy despite Draghi's suggestion to look at the matter. It is said that the central bank's committees hadn't discuss the matter this week ahead of the monetary policy meeting in two days' time.
