• Doesn’t see need for further bond buying beyond QE2
• Any move toward less accommodation not best for economy now
• Will be some period before policy changes after QE2 ends
• When it is time to raise rates, will be a good thing because it will mean economy is growing
• Japan, Middle East not to have big impact on US trajectory
