Yesterday's USD/CNY mid point was set at 6.5041, continuing the run of higher yuan settings.

There have been plenty expecting the People’s Bank of China to devalue the yuan, like today for example: Private equity firm advice for the PBOC - devalue the yuan or be 1990s Japan

I'll have to admit a bias and put my hand up as one of those expecting the bank to devalue further. Maybe after the NPC.
