PIMCO CIO says Fed decision this week will be close, less than 50% chance of hike

Pimco Group Chief Investment Officer Dan Ivascyn, speaking with Reuters said:

• "The decision this week will be close ... Global weakness, uncertainty around consumer sentiment, inflation still running below target are reasons the Fed will not move this week"
• He assesses the chance of a hike at below 50%
