Governor of the Bank of Japan Kuroda was at a workshop with the Bank of Canada in Tokyo today
Kuroda quoted Anne, a fictional character in the Canadian novel Anne of Green Gables

- "Anne's words sound very encouraging to all economists and central bankers who are making numerous efforts to find out new ideas, solutions, and policy tools:'
