On the AUD/USD ...

As I said yesterday ... and its still valid ... the trading market is short AUD/USD, and its not an unreasonable view, especially given there is still an underlying broader theme impacting on the rate, which is US dollar strength.

But, yeah, market positioning is making AUD/USD falls very sticky indeed and also contributing to these spikes and grinds higher. For me, AUD/USD is a bit of a range-bound play at present but my bias is to favour selling rallies rather than buying dips
