EUR/USD fell as low as 1.3003 on the Eurozone/IMF headlines and is bouncing around 1.3015 now. Slight stops are speculated below 1.30 but bigger stops are said to lurk below 1.2980.
Technically, we would have a bullish outside day on a close above 1.2986. To me that would confirm EUR/USD toward 1.32.
