That adds to the application for approval by Pfizer previously
Japan has yet to approve any vaccine but there has been talk that they could begin vaccine rollout as soon as mid-February, with regulators set to approve the Pfizer vaccine possibly around 12 February.
Now one can add AstraZeneca to the list but it may take some time before approval is granted and deliveries/shipments begin in this case.
