Reuters passing on the headline news of Massachusetts state police report

  • At least 39 suspected gas explosions and fires in cluster of towns north of Boston
  • And they expect the number to grow

OK, more (via local media there):

  • Officials said the fires were are being caused by over-pressured gas valves

Oh …. and its worse than that headline …

  • At least 60 to 100 explosions were reported in Lawrence, Andover and North Andover
  • At least 20-25 fires were reported in Lawrence, 20 in Andover and 20-25 in North Andover
