It is Friday after all so traders will start taking risk off the table and as the entire world plus a few far-flung galaxies are long AUD against something, there’s bound to be some profit taking ahead of the weekend.
Call me mad if you like, but I’m going short as well. I’ve sold at 1.0920 with a really tight stop at 1.0965 and I’ll add to the position on a break below 1.0850. Just a feeling I’ve got and as the risk-reward looks good, I’ll have a small tipple.
