Comments by Azerbaijan's energy minister
Says that question of the country joining OPEC is "not on the agenda, and is not being discussed by the government".
Latest talk is that Chad, Congo, and Malaysia are among those who are applying to join OPEC. Compared to the countries listed, Azerbaijan tops them in terms of oil production as they rank in the top 25 nations.
