Bloomberg has obtained an internal BofA memo which dismisses yesterday’s two rumors:

  1. That it needs as much s $200 bln in fresh capital
  2. That it will be forced into a shot-gun wedding with JP Morgan

BAC shares are up nearly 8% today after days of relentless selling.
