Canada is aiming to balance the books this fiscal year and the latest numbers should the quest is on track.
In June, a surplus of $1.57B was reported compared to $0.16B a month earlier.
So far from April-June the government has recorded a $0.42B compared to a deficit of $2.55B last year.
