Sounding a bit gloomy this morning, Canadian PM Harper says the country will be further affected by the global crisis, citing the US slowdown. he will take whatever fiscal and monetary measures needed to confront the crisis. He says balancing the budget by hiking taxes or cutting services is unacceptable.
