China CSRC working to allow qualified investor to invest overseas and domesticly

From the China Securities Journal (via MNI):

• China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is working on a revision of rules for Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors
• Will allow QDIIs to invest in both overseas and domestic markets
• Currently the QDII program serves as a channel for Chinese investors to invest abroad only
