But it's nothing that we haven't really heard of in the past week, really. Both sides are working towards an agreement to be signed in the near future but so far the details are still rather lacking at this juncture.
US equity futures are down by 0.1% on the day and the comments here will hardly do much to drive up sentiment ahead of the cash equity market open later.
