Li Yizhong, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, has said that China industrial output will grow by 11% this year. So far this year, industrial output is up 10.3% for the eleven months against the same period last year.
He also said that he sees exports dropping 17% in 2010, in a year where it will be difficult to boost consumption.
Government will target 8% GDP growth in 2010.
