Citi is best FX forecaster this year, according to Euromoney
Steven Englander, Citi's global head of G10 FX strategy, said to close out dollar longs ahead of the Fed.
"Investors should not wait until FOMC to take profit," he wrote. "If you are long dollars right now, the FOMC has no incentive to please. No one will be cheering the dollar up."
