Not a lot of sleep last night but all hail the mighty Shrimpers of Southend as they earn another chance of promotion with a big day out at Wembley to come after a thrilling 3-1 win last night. Commiserations to loyal reader and guest trader David (aka Chef) as his team Plymouth Argyle fail to join us after losing their semi-final.
Data wise today we have a quiet morning but the US session brings NY Empire State mftg index at 12.30 GMT, ind/mftg production and capacity utilization at 13.15 GMT amongst others
It's been a busy week and I will expect that to continue as the action draws to a close
