LONDON (MNI) – UK house prices rose by 0.4% in December from the
previous month and were 0.1% higher than the same month in 2010,
Communities and Local Government reported today.
CLG said that house prices rose by 0.4% in the three months to
December compared with the previous 3 months.
The latest data are in line with other surveys which have shown a
choppy month-to-month trend developing in UK house prices, with the
overall picture largely flat-lining.
