DUP party: "No plans today" for a phone call with UK PM May

• No plans for a phone call between DUP leader Arlene Foster and UK PM Theresa May
• DUP would not be rushed on agreeing a text on post-Brexit border

Looks like things are going to drag on for a while longer at this rate.

The EU is still looking for the UK to come back to the table with something during the week so as to prepare for trade negotiations during the EU summit next week.

GBP/USD continues to slide on the day, down to new lows of 1.3362.

Update: Sun Newspaper political editor is saying that UK PM May is speaking to DUP party now. Wow, sudden change of events?
