Considering that all parties involved are not willing to change their stance, Theresa May is bound to step on some toes as she tries to present a workable agreement to parliament. But this means she may end up losing some support to get the needed votes to proceed to negotiate with the EU.
The pound continues to be weighed lower by the headlines, cable now down to a low of 1.3004 on the day.
