A couple of things to focus on in Draghi's speech later
The first being any mention or discussion on the announced TLTROs but I'm quite sure Draghi won't give anything away on that for now. I reckon more details will only be provided around the June meeting.
The next thing - and most likely the big focus - will be on tiered rates and whether or not the ECB is looking to pursue such measures. Even if Draghi doesn't bring this up, expect this to be in one of the questions during the Q&A session.
Otherwise, expect Draghi to make mention to downside risks in the economy with commentary on trade and Brexit to accompany that. He should also touch a bit on the inflation outlook but that will more or less ring a similar tune to last month's press conference.
