ECB’s Vitor Constancio feels that while there are some signs of improvement, growth in the euro zone will be negative this year.
Talking to reporters the official has come out with some fairly downbeat comments, saying “On the whole the indicators are still very negative” adding that there are still “problems to be solved in some important banking systems.”
Constancio feels “There is a general problem of lack of confidence. The situation is very much uncertain.”
