ECB’s Ordonez, speaking to reporters at the central bankers meeting at the BIS, has said the global economy is showing signs of improvement though central banks have to remain cautious.
The offical stated “In the world we are seeing a certain amount of good news, especially with soft indicators and a certain improvement in many financial markets” but went on to warn “We as central bankers should be very cautious” adding that the positive signs came from soft indicators only.
