A rather bare calendar day to kick start the new week

Comic 17-06
Happy Monday, everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend and that you're ready to get things going here again this week. Major currencies are still settling in modest ranges as we begin the week with markets erring towards a slight hint of a more positive risk mood; nothing too convincing or overwhelming though.

The big event this week is the FOMC meeting on Wednesday so I reckon we'll see plenty of flip flopping over the next two days before markets settle into a wait-and-see mode ahead of the Fed decision/communication.

That's pretty much it for the session ahead. I wish you all the best of days to come and good luck with your trading! Can Wednesday come any sooner? ;P
