European and US officials have been pressuring Russia to do more to cool separatists in Russia despite Kiev retaking Slovyansk on the weekend. Sounds like more sanctions are coming.
Bloomberg reports that EU aides will debate the names to be added to the list on Wednesday.
Unless sanctions hit sectors of the economy or large companies then markets will take it in stride.
