Weber/May meet. Spokesman outlines results
UK PM May's spokesman says:
- May and EU parliaments Manfred Weber met
- Weber recognized Chequers Brexit proposals were a step forward
- agreed how UK Parliament and EU parliament should be able to vote on a precise plan for the UK-EU relationship
I guess the comments are more procedural in nature and has not caused any market reaction.
The GBPUSD remains below the 100 day MA and topside trend line.
