EUR below 1.30, talk of ECB reserve rise

EUR/USD has tumbled all the way to 1.2973 and the risk aversion has now spread to the rest of the market. There’s talk that a rise in the ECB’s balance sheet spooked the market but that doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
