What I'm a bit confused about is the proposal Greece submitted late yesterday. There hasn't been much reaction to that or many of the contents leaked.

Eurozone leaders are meeting in Greece on Monday while ministers will meet in Brussels at 1500 (local time?) to prepare for a larger Eurozone summit.
