Well, Oettinger is a German politician so there's no doubt he'll want to avoid a no-deal outcome at all costs. The most vocal voice against rolling extensions is France's Macron so far but let's see how things play out in the coming months. But I wouldn't be surprised if the can gets kicked down the road once again from 31 October.
