European Council president Donald Tusk comments on trade

Tusk is commenting ahead of the EU-China summit, which will yield the first joint statement between the two nations since 2015. Meanwhile, Trump is in Helsinki to meet up with Putin - his "competitor".
Conflict or not, it feels like it's only a matter of time. More so after Trump describing the EU as a "foe" over the weekend.
