BRUSSELS (MNI) – A decision on whether to disburse the E31.5
billion bailout loan tranche urgently needed by Greece is not likely to
come at the Eurogroup meeting of Eurozone finance ministers this
evening, Finnish Finance Minister Jutta Urpilainen told reporters on her
way to the meeting.

“Unfortunately, we do not have all the information,” the minister
said. “We are waiting for more information and then we can see whether
we are able to make decisions today or later this week.”

“Probably we are not able to make decisions today, but we will
see,” she added.

Urpilainen’s comments echo those made by German Finance Minister
Wolfgang Scheauble in an interview last week, which also suggested that
a decision was unlikely to come today.

“At the moment it does not look like we will get on Monday a
finished, complete report [on Greece] by the troika” — the European
Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary
Fund — Schaeuble told German weekly Welt am Sonntag (WamS).
