Latest from AEP at The Telegraph. Reminds me of the time during the Lebanese civil war (around 1985 it was) I got offered the chance by a Lebanese banker (good friend of the wife) to invest in property in Beirut. Passed on the opportunity, unfortunately. BIG, I mean BIG. mistake.
