The short-term short-covering trend of the last few sessions has continued overnight but it may run out of puff today, after all it is risk-off Friday. Interesting to see the German constitutional court rejecting the interim injunction application, another reason for longer term EUR shorts to reconsider perhaps. The AUD had an all-good-news day yesterday and rallied accordingly but we are now nearing the important .8550/70 level again and gains will probably be harder fought from now on.
