A session that's seen some USD demand return but with muted impact as US NFPs and options cast a shadow again. Cryptocurrencies have taken another tumble too.
EURUSD has fallen back to 1.2476 from 1.2518 with optioin expiries at 1.2500 and 1.2525 both having a say but we've also seen USDCHF up to 0.9311 from 0.9247 lows in Asia with the SNB in the frame again. EURCHF up to 1.1623 from 1.1580
GBPUSD capped around 1.4280 again in Asia and we've been down to test option-assisted support at 1.4200 on the general USD demand with EURGBP hanging around 0.8780.
USDJPY has been underpinned at 109.70 but has yet made no real test of 110.00 while USDCAD has made steady progress from 1.2280 to 1.2318.
AUDUSD remains on the back foot falling to 0.7976 from 0.8010 and NZDUSD down to 0.7345 from 0.7380 before finding some dip demand.
Bitcoin has fallen back through $8000 for the first time since November as the rout continues.
It's US NFPs at 13.30 GMT though that are taking centre stage. Here's what else is coming up:
