- South Korean president Moon Jae-in will travel to Pyongyang for a summit meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un
- Meeting will be held in September
- Date not yet finalised
Adds the FT:
- Many western experts see ... evidence that Pyongyang is not sincere about denuclearisation talks and merely wishes to bog the US down in arduous diplomacy
