Reuters quoting a source on what the communique will hold:
- Commit to ensuring banks have sufficent liquidity and access to funding
- Take all necessary actions to stabilise financial sector
- Will recognise fragility of EU financial system
If that’s all that’s going to be said then we will see EUR/USD back at session lows quite soon
