Early report from broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk reports explosion in Zirndorf
The city is near Nuremberg. The report says it's not yet known if anyone is injured.
Update: a separate report said a suitcase exploded in front of an immigration office. If that's true, it looks more like an attack against immigrants/refugees than terrorism.
Update 2: A report said it was a suitcase filled with spray cans, which sounds like a minor explosion.
