The reading measures the level of consumer confidence in economic activity. A continued dip in consumer confidence levels certainly doesn't breed optimism of a German economic rebound in Q4. Although the release here doesn't matter all too much, it still highlights that there isn't much signs that the economic slowdown is dissipating any time soon.
