A Washington DC restaurant has rolled out the 1% burger. An “8 oz. Kobe burger, braised Kobe short rib, foie gras, gold leaf, Grey Poupon”. It’s a steal at $58.
I vote that the people buying it shouldn’t have to tip; the waitress would just fritter it away on something silly.
