Draghi on Thursday surprised markets by boosting Greek ELA
Bloomberg reports -- citing sources -- that Greece asked for 1.5 billion euros in emergency liquidity.
Strangely, Draghi yesterday said the request 'fully' met the Bank of Greece's request.
The trick, I think, is for the Bank of Greece to ask for about twice as much as it truly needs.
