Athens has asked for a delay of the loan repayment due today, according to Bild. They also report that Greece still intends to repay the IMF.

I think the last part of that headline has created some confusion because it doesn't specify the timeline. Greece may default on the IMF timeline but even the brokest of governments eventually pay off IMF loans.
