Reuters report comments from Russia's deputy finance minister ahead of Tsipras's visit
- Greece is in no financial position to ask for a sovereign loan
- Russia has no budgetary sources to help Greece
- Greece has not asked Russian finance ministry for financial aid
- Russia is more interested in Greece having normal relations with all its partners and doe not want to escalate tensions
That last comment is laughable. It more like; "You lot don't have a pot to piss in so don't come here trying to tap us up. We're mates but you're crap at paying back debts so jog on"
