LONDON (MNI) – Greece announced Tuesday that it will switch from
quarterly to monthly Treasury bill auctions starting from September.
“The maturities of the T-bills will continue to be of 13 weeks, 26
weeks and/or 52 weeks,” the Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA) said.
The debt agency added that it will sell 26- and/or 52-week T-bills
on the second Tuesday of the month and 13-week T-bills on the third
Tuesday of the month.
The auction sizes will be announced the Friday prior to the auction
date, added the PDMA.
