- deal reduces 3 year primary surplus by €20bln
- averts bail-in of bank deposits
- whole deal secures around €85bln of funding

- EU expects technical details on Greece to be settled today
- technical agreement foresees a 3 year programme
- still needs "political agreement" to finalize deal
- will not comment on size of bailout package or disbursement dates
