Out of 12.6 bln euros (6.2% of GDP) they’ve only managed to collect 630 mln euros.
Also included in the total is an uncollected 4.8 bln euros of fines due from the Acropolis stock brokerage.
June income tax reciepts fell by 30% and VAT by 7%, and the Finance ministry suggests that the budget’s net revenues will show a 1.5% decline from last year, equivalent to a 1 bln euro budget ‘black hole’
