He'll be speaking at the 2019 ECB Forum on Central Banking in Sintra
His speech is scheduled for 0800 GMT but Draghi will once again only be delivering the introductory speech at the forum today, much like yesterday where he did not make any mention to monetary policy.
He could touch on some stuff this time around as he is slated to speak for 30 minutes ahead of a series of panel discussions later on but even if he does, I wouldn't expect any groundbreaking comments. That said, it's always best to be prepared.
Later on in the day, we may hear further remarks from ECB vice president Luis de Guindos (0830 GMT), ECB chief economist Philip Lane (1030 GMT), and more from Draghi himself alongside BOE governor Mark Carney (1400 GMT) as they participate in respective panel discussions. The full agenda can be found here.
I reckon perhaps the final panel discussion with Carney and Draghi may contain more comments on policies but it looks more like a mellow event than one of heated discussions and debates, so I wouldn't keep my hopes up for any eye-catching remarks.
