- Continuing to see evidence in UK of a “steady consumer recovery”
- Uncertainty over upcoming budget is hindering consumer recovery
- VAT increase on food would have a negative affect on economy
- Recovery is fragile in UK, so if there is a VAT increase it would be better next year
