Yuan a join the SDR?
not so fast!
- The International Monetary Fund said today it will freeze its benchmark currency basket until October 2016
- Said its to give markets more time to adjust to the possible addition of the yuan
- Final IMF decision is due in November ... but today's announcement gives us a heads up ... no yuan inclusion yet.
